1. Acceptance

state that installing or playing Dribble Dozen means accepting these terms, and what happens if a player does not accept them.

2. The service

describe what the app is, that it is provided free of charge, and that features may be added, changed or withdrawn.

3. Ads

explain that the app is funded by third-party advertising, that advertisers and their content are not controlled by the developer, and how consent choices relate to these terms.

4. Intellectual property

state who owns the game, its name, artwork and code, and what players may and may not do with it.

5. Acceptable use

list what a player must not do, such as modifying the app, interfering with the ads, or using it unlawfully.

6. Disclaimer

state the basis on which the app is provided and which warranties are excluded, subject to the mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

state the limits of the developer's liability, again subject to whatever local law does not allow to be limited.

8. Changes

explain how these terms may be updated, how players will be told, and from when a new version applies.
